PROCESSING TIME
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery: 6–14 business days after dispatch, all regions (EU, UK, US). Items ship from our fulfilment centre, so delivery windows are longer than domestic shipping — we price accordingly: shipping is free.
SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping on all orders, all regions.
TRACKING
All orders include tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us at taleex78@gmail.com and we'll investigate within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
EU & UK: no surprise fees — for UK orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout.
US: orders shipped from outside the US may be charged import duties on arrival; these are set by US customs and are the recipient's responsibility.
Customs inspections can add a few days to delivery estimates.
DELAYS
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time — we'll always tell you if we know about a delay before you do.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us within 24 hours and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
